NutriSystem weighing

I weighed after my first week full and my total loss is [...] 4.3 pounds! It is important to remember, however, that most people lose considerable weight their first week on a diet. Much of it is actually water weight, I keep in mind that all four books is actual loss fat, but the loss of water.


The real test will be the next few weeks and I will be happy to lose two pounds per week now (loss average on most diets and you really should regularly lose per week anyway), etc. on trial!
