Given that I have heard some good things about the latest version of the plan, I decided to give it another whirl!I have signed for the month, weekend - long plan off .i am going to eat the other two days from my own food prepackaged meals five days a week, and after some meals guidelines.
Every few days, I will be checking with my progress and (perhaps more importantly!) to inform you that the food is really like.Stay tuned!
